About Leeds Artist Collective:

The Leeds Artist Collective (LAC) is a vibrant musical theatre experience for students ages 11–18, rooted in artistry, collaboration, and personal exploration. Guided by the motto “Creating Together, Performing as One,” LAC offers a creative home where young performers are encouraged to embrace the process, grow in confidence, and connect deeply with others who share a passion for storytelling through song, movement, and stagecraft.

In the fall, students will take part in inspiring masterclasses led by industry professionals, developing their skills and collaborating on a dynamic cabaret that showcases their individual and collective voices. In the spring, the journey leads to an unforgettable trip to New York City—where students dive into the world of Broadway through workshops, cultural experiences, and a featured performance at the iconic 54 Below.

The year culminates in a student-led variety show, allowing the Collective to take creative ownership and craft a performance that reflects their unique spirit and identity. Whether you come from Winchester, Lexington, Paris, Richmond, Clay City, or beyond—welcome home!

WHEN: Sunday evenings from 5:00 - 8:00 PM beginning August 10th.

NYC trip is scheduled for March 25-March 29, 2026. Fall Cabaret is November 14 & 15, 2025. Spring Cabaret is April 24 & 25, 2026. Additional evening tech rehearsals may be added leading up to the cabarets and trip.
