Opportunities

Leeds Center for the Arts requests donation submissions of 2-Dimensional art from Central Kentucky artists for its third annual silent art auction fundraiser. Artists have the option to donate the work outright, or to receive 50% of the proceeds.

The deadline for submission is Monday, November 3rd and those selected will be notified by Tuesday, November 4th. 

All artwork will be collected Wednesday November 5 thru Friday, November 7th and will be on display at Leeds from Friday, December 5th (the opening night of It’s A Wonderful Life) through

Sunday, December 14 (the closing performance). Artworks will be available for pick-up the following week during regular office hours, either by the winning bidders or (in the event that it does not sell) the artist.

REQUESTED WORK

 Artwork must be ready to hang or display. Any original artwork (previously created or created for this event). 2-dimensional work should not exceed 4 feet in height or width. 3-dimensional works of art will be accepted as space permits. 

Pieces should be appropriate in style and content for general audiences, as they will be displayed in the theater lobby during family productions.
